CANDI is seeking a motivated and passionate Community Project Coordinator to enhance its existing provision   Established in 1995 to improve conditions of life in Cinderford and the surrounding area, CANDI has particularly been committed to increasing the opportunities for young people, and to raising their aspirations, providing drop-ins for young people aged 11 to 17 in Cinderford and Drybrook and a street-dance group.   CANDI is now extending the scope of its work to reach out to community groups of all ages, setting up its own groups and working in partnership with other charities in the Forest of Dean.   This person will be our link to the community by identifying needs. and finding innovative solutions. They will oversee our volunteer support programme to create interesting volunteer roles and provide ongoing training and support. They will oversee our youth provision and link it with wider community provision where possible.   The post is for a minimum of 16 hours a week and is subject to an enhanced DBS check.   Hours and salary are negotiable and dependant on experience and qualifications.   For an application form and details, please email cpc@candi.email.   Closing date for applications is 9th January 2024
